Product use and scope of application:

This machine is an automatic pipe cutting machine that automatically feeds, clamps, and cuts round steel pipes. It produces high-quality, high-precision round pipes of medium thickness and is suitable for large-scale, continuous production.

This machine features a hydraulic clamping device and a PLC-controlled CNC feed mechanism, along with timed circuit control for automatic cutting feed and rapid retraction. High repeatability and positioning accuracy, and a rotating tool while the workpiece remains stationary, significantly increasing cutting speeds. The machine boasts an elegant appearance, excellent rigidity, ease of operation, ease of maintenance, safety features, and advanced manufacturing technology.

The machine adopts a structure where the tool holder rotates while the workpiece is stationary (only linear feeding motion is performed). The spindle adopts a hollow structure with a stationary material receiving barrel installed inside. The workpiece can pass directly through the spindle. The tool is fastened to the tool holder with screws. Two tool holders are provided according to different pipe diameters, ensuring stable accuracy. Stainless steel or carbide tools can be used for cutting as needed.

In summary, this machine tool can automatically complete the feeding, positioning, clamping and cutting of steel pipe blanks in sequence, and is an ideal specialized equipment indispensable for the mass processing and production of rollers.
