Automatic Roller Double End Holes Lathe
This machine tool is a special machine tool designed to process the ends of steel pipe of belt conveyor. It is suitable for all kinds of rollers produced at home and abroad (cast iron or punching bearing seat). The machine adopts a mechanical fast clamping device, reliable clamping, simple and convenient adjustment of clamping force, hydraulic drive of cutter feed, adjustable speed without electrode, and hydraulic synchronous loop of the right and left two feed cylinders, which can feed at the same time and return the cutter at the same time.

This machine tool is a special machine tool designed to process the ends of steel pipe of belt conveyor. The machine adopts a mechanical fast clamping device, reliable clamping, simple and convenient adjustment of clamping force, hydraulic drive of cutter feed, adjustable speed without electrode, and hydraulic synchronous loop of the right and left two feed cylinders, which can feed at the same time and return the cutter at the same time.
The radial feed adopts manual operation, which can be adjusted precisely according to the machining requirements. It is equipped with a hydraulic automatic tool mechanism, which can automatically let the cutter go when it is fed to a predetermined position. Avoid scratching the machined surface. The control system based on the imported programmable controller (PLC) is used for electrical control.
The equipment has the advantages of wide application, high reliability, and high working efficiency. It is especially suitable for the processing and production of batch rollers.

Can we get your free samples?
Yes, it is ok. Our Samples are free for the customers. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
How long to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days.
Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, it is ok. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach the MOQ for trail order.
What is the normal lead time ?
A. For inventory products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive the deposit.
B. For mass production, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received the deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive the deposit.
