Parallel roller
The roller group is usually composed of a stationary bracket and a rotating roller. The roller is the core component, and its operation must be flexible and reliable to reduce the friction between the conveyor belt and the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor belt.
There are many types of roller groups according to different classification standards:
1. Classification by material: mainly including rubber rollers, ceramic rollers, nylon rollers, etc. These rollers of different materials have their own characteristics. For example, ceramic rollers are wear-resistant, acid-alkali-salt-resistant, and anti-oxidation; nylon rollers have low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and excellent self-lubrication.
2. Classification by purpose: mainly including trough roller groups, parallel roller groups, self-aligning roller groups, and buffer roller groups. Trough roller groups are mainly used to support and restrain conveyor belts and materials; parallel roller groups are mostly used for long-distance conveyor belts to prevent deviation; self-aligning roller groups are used to correct conveyor belt deviation; buffer roller groups are used to reduce the impact of materials on conveyor belts.
The roller group is usually composed of a stationary bracket and a rotating roller. The roller is the core component, and its operation must be flexible and reliable to reduce the friction between the conveyor belt and the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor belt.
