Roller diameters are divided into several specifications, such as φ76, φ89, φ108, φ133, φ159, φ194, φ219, etc. Roller lengths vary according to specific needs. For example, for a φ89 roller, the length may be 180, 190, 200, etc.; and for a φ219 roller, the length may reach 2200, 2500, 2800, etc. Bearing models vary according to roller diameters and load-bearing capacities. Commonly used types include 204, 205, 305, 306, etc.

Impact rollers are specially designed for belt conveyors. They are mainly used to reduce the impact of materials on conveyor belts and protect conveyor belts and rollers. Buffer rollers also have a variety of specifications, and their roller diameters and bearing models are similar to those of ordinary rollers. Common models include 89*190*220, etc. However, the design of buffer rollers pays more attention to the protection and buffering of conveyor belts, so their structure and materials may be different from those of ordinary rollers. It is particularly suitable for corrosive environments such as coal washing plants, coking plants, and chemical plants because of its excellent corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and antistatic properties.

Parallel rollers are divided into upper rollers and lower rollers, which are used to support and guide the conveyor belt. Common models include 89*600*640, 108*1150*1200, etc. The numbers represent the diameter, length and other dimensions of the rollers (unit: mm).

The roller group is usually composed of a stationary bracket and a rotating roller. The roller is the core component, and its operation must be flexible and reliable to reduce the friction between the conveyor belt and the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor belt.
