The gap between the sealing cover and the sealing ring is located inside the inwardly concave circular bevel of the sealing ring. Because the gap is inverted, it effectively reduces the ingress of contaminants such as water and dust into the seal structure.

The rollers, assembled using a new bearing seat, have their labyrinth seal chambers filled with appropriate grease. Water and dust tests were conducted on a simulated reinforced test bench, demonstrating performance exceeding national standards and achieving the desired results.
