Stamped bearing seats are a key component of rollers. They are primarily made from steel plates punched through multiple steps using a vertical press. They are often welded to steel pipes during roller manufacturing. Stamped bearing seats offer excellent sealing and strong overall bearing capacity, making them an indispensable component of roller structures.

The DT75 stamped bearing seat is an essential component of buffer rollers. These rollers are available in spring plate, buffer ring, high-pressure buffer, adjustable spring, and hanging types. These rollers feature advanced construction and reliable performance. The roller skins are carefully selected, using high-quality, specialized welded pipes held to exacting tolerances. The shaft is constructed from cold-drawn round steel, the stamped bearing seat is stamped from high-quality steel plate, and the PDC seal, with three seals, ensures dust and water resistance exceeding national standards. After assembly, the rollers exhibit excellent strength, minimal warp runout, low rotational resistance, low weight, low energy consumption, and a long service life, typically exceeding 30,000 hours.

The rollers, assembled using a new bearing seat, have their labyrinth seal chambers filled with appropriate grease. Water and dust tests were conducted on a simulated reinforced test bench, demonstrating performance exceeding national standards and achieving the desired results.

The labyrinth seal of the DTII roller is a non-contact seal structure that prevents dust, moisture and other pollutants from entering the bearing chamber through a complex channel design. It is widely used in belt conveyor systems. The labyrinth seal forms a tortuous channel (i.e., a "maze") by setting staggered annular grooves between the roller end cover and the shaft. When pollutants try to enter, they are required to go through multiple turns and throttling. The kinetic energy is dissipated in the vortex and eventually deposited in the channel, unable to enter the bearing chamber. This design avoids the wear problem of contact seals and is suitable for harsh working conditions.

The TKII labyrinth seal for idlers is a dust- and water-resistant seal widely used in belt conveyors. It is designed to withstand the harsh working conditions of high dust and humidity, such as coal mines and material yards. The TKII labyrinth seal utilizes a double-layer nested seal ring structure. The inner and outer seal rings form a tortuous labyrinthine gap channel through multiple annular bosses and grooves. This design significantly reduces the intrusion path for dust and moisture. Combined with an oil-retaining nylon bearing housing and hydrogenated nitrile lip seals, it achieves a combination of dynamic sealing and static protection.
