Asiento de cojinete TKII del rodillo transportador
Los rodillos, ensamblados con un nuevo asiento de rodamiento, tienen sus cámaras de sellado laberíntico llenas de la grasa adecuada. Se realizaron pruebas de agua y polvo en un banco de pruebas reforzado simulado, demostrando un rendimiento que supera las normas nacionales y logrando los resultados deseados.
① A labyrinth-like sealing groove with concave and convex grooves is designed directly on the outer surface of the roller, adding a layer of labyrinth-like sealing structure for a more reliable seal. A second sealing ring can be added to the outer end of the roller. This sealing ring features an inwardly concave circular bevel, and a raised labyrinth ring near the circumference of the roller shaft. This allows for the addition of a sealing cover, which replaces the traditional gap between the sealing cover and the roller shaft with an interference fit. The gap between the sealing cover and the sealing ring is located inside the inwardly concave circular bevel of the sealing ring. Because the gap is inverted, it effectively reduces the ingress of contaminants such as water and dust into the seal structure.
② Significantly reduces the moment of inertia. The low specific gravity of the engineering plastic “nylon alloy” reduces the mass of the rotating part of the roller, significantly reducing the moment of inertia.
③ The mechanical strength of the engineering plastic “nylon alloy” fully meets the operating requirements of the roller, and it can be produced using molds, ensuring geometric dimensional accuracy and consistency, providing reliable support for large-scale production. ④ Utilizing the plastic deformation properties of the engineering plastic “nylon alloy,” a machining-free assembly process for the roller steel tubes is achieved, ensuring consistent roller manufacturing precision.
